We have been in business since 2010 and are proud to still serve clients who have been with us from the very beginning. 


At the core of our care is love. We believe that calm care, loving attention, affection, and fun are what pets thrive on, and it’s what we enjoy providing. We build trust through patience and affection, always letting each pet set the pace. By gently observing their needs and respecting their boundaries, we build positive relationships that help even anxious pets feel safe, seen, and loved. It’s all about creating a calm, nurturing space where they can relax, connect, and thrive. 


We provide a range of services including dog walking, in-home pet sitting, dog park visits, playdates, potty breaks, feedings, wellness checks, medication administration, and customized pet care. 


We proudly serve the areas of Cheviot Hills, Palms, Culver City, Mar Vista, Venice, Playa Vista, Westchester, Marina del Rey—and beyond.


We primarily care for dogs and cats, but we also have experience caring for fish, birds, and turtles. As long as we’re confident we can meet their needs, we welcome the opportunity to be of service. 


Yes, the Cat and Dog First Aid course through the American Red Cross.


Our schedule fills up quickly, especially during holidays and school breaks. We are fortunate that some clients confirm our availability before booking their travel plans. That said, we will always do our best to accommodate you because your business is important to us, and your pets become a part of our extended family, who we genuinely enjoy seeing again and again.


Yes, we do. Our experienced pet care providers can administer:


  • Oral Medications: Tablets, capsules, or liquid forms.
  • Eye Drops and Eye Creams: Carefully and gently applied. 
  • Injections: Including insulin and other prescribed medications.
     

If your pet has specific medication needs, please let us know during the meet-and-greet, and we’ll ensure they receive the right care.


The length of each visit depends on the service you schedule and your pet’s needs. We customize each visit to suit your pet’s routine and comfort level. Just let us know what works best for you and your pet. 


Yes, we offer recurring dog walking services with flexible scheduling options. 


Yes! We provide daily text updates with photos to keep you connected with your pet(s). If you're traveling internationally, we ask that you reach out to us to respect time zone differences and ensure that you receive updates at times that are convenient for you. 


We do our best to assign the same walker for consistency, but substitutes may be used if needed. All walkers are experienced and will be familiar with your pet’s needs. 


Of course! We wouldn't have it any other way. We offer complimentary meet-and-greets so you and your pets can get to know us before any commitment is made. 


Every visit is tailored to your pet’s comfort and well-being because we know that their familiar routine helps them feel calm and secure while you're away. 


We are trained to act calmly, quickly, and responsibly. We follow your emergency instructions and contact you immediately—your pet’s safety is our top priority.


This is entirely up to you. Most clients provide a key or a main door code, and, if needed, a unique alarm code. Any keys you provide are labeled with a secure code that corresponds to your home—never your address or any identifying information. They are also kept securely stored when not in use, and we always wear them on a lanyard while providing service to prevent loss. Keys are returned promptly upon your request. 


Absolutely. Your contact details and personal information are securely stored in a password-protected system with limited access. Only those directly involved in your pet’s care will have information about accessing your home. We never share your information with anyone else, or any outside source. 


We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:


  • Zelle and Venmo: Quick and secure mobile payments.
  • Cash or Check: Direct payments for a personal touch.


If you prefer another payment method, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
