Medication administration is generally included. When a pet requires precisely timed medication, injections, or concentrated individual attention, additional charges may be discussed during the initial visit.

• 3+ Visits Weekly: Payment is due Sunday of the Service Week
• In-Home Extended Overnight Care: Payment is due within 3 days of pet parent's return

Walks, Park Visits, Playdates and Care Visits

• No fee for cancellations 24+ hours in advance.
• No fee due to personal emergencies, extreme weather conditions (heat, heavy rain, smoke) or other unsafe conditions.

Extended In-Home Overnights (3+ Days)

• No fee for cancellations 14+ days prior to start date.
• 50% fee for cancellations made 5 days or less prior to start date.
• Credit Option: Pay full fee and apply it towards new dates.
