Questions? We Have the Answers.

We realize how much trust it takes to hand over the care of your pets and house keys. Below are the most commonly asked questions we receive. If you have a question that has not been addressed here, please reach us via our Contact Us page, email hello@mydogsnanny.com, or call/text (310) 422-1239.

I’ve been in business since 2010 and am proud to still serve clients who’ve trusted me from the very beginning.

At the core of the care I provide is love. I believe that calm care, calm loving attention, affection, and play are what pets truly thrive on — and it's what I deeply enjoy providing them. I earn their trust through patience and affection, always letting each pet set the pace as our bond grows. By gently observing their needs and respecting their boundaries, I create positive connections that help even anxious pets feel safe, seen, and loved.

We provide a range of services, including dog walking, in-home pet sitting, dog park visits, playdates, potty breaks, feedings, wellness checks, and medication administration.

We care for pets across the Westside and South Bay — from Culver City, Westchester, and Playa Vista to El Segundo and beyond.

I primarily care for dogs and cats but also have experience with birds and turtles. As long as we can meet a pet’s needs, I welcome the opportunity to be of service.

Our schedule fills up quickly, especially during holidays and school breaks. Many of our clients confirm our availability before booking their travel plans. That said, I’ll always do my best to accommodate your schedule—because your business matters to me, and your pets become part of my extended family that I genuinely enjoy seeing again and again.

Yes, we administer:

  • Oral medications and injections
  • Eye drops and eye creams

If your pet has specific needs, please let us know during the meet-and-greet and I’ll ensure they receive the attentive care they require.

Yes. I provide regular text updates with photos to help you feel connected with your pet(s). If you’re traveling internationally, I ask that you reach out, or let me know your preferences, out of consideration for time zone differences so that I can provide updates at times that are convenient for you.

I wouldn’t have it any other way. I offer complimentary meet-and-greets so you and your pets can get to know me before making any commitment.

I follow your emergency instructions and contact you immediately—your pet’s safety is my top priority.

This is entirely up to you. Most clients provide a key or door lock code, and a house alarm code. The keys you may provide are never labeled with your address or any identifying information, and we always wear them on a key lanyard to prevent loss.

Absolutely! I take your privacy and security seriously. Your contact details are stored in a secure, password-protected system, and only the sitter caring for your pet will have the information needed to access your home.

We make making payments easy — I accept Zelle, Venmo, personal checks and cash.
